壓阻式矽感測器
PIEZOVAC PV 101
PIEZOVAC PV 101 使用內部壓阻式矽感測器，測量範圍可從 1200 到 0.1 mbar。在壓力的影響下，薄隔膜會彎曲，其背面並設置電阻器電橋。彎曲會迫使測量電橋失調，這是對所施加壓力的一種測量。
PIEZOVAC PV 101 是專為食品業部署而開發。由於具備可拆卸法蘭式連接，感測器的尺寸大幅縮減。獨家所採用的壓電感測器可大幅增加電池使用壽命，使裝置能夠持續保持可運作狀態。測量速率至少為 50 ms 時，僅需短短的處理時間即可知悉目前壓力。
壓阻式壓力感測器結合了 Pirani 感測器
THERMOVAC TM 101
THERMOVAC TM 101 結合了高壓範圍的壓阻式壓力感測器和低壓範圍的 Pirani 感測器，此可攜式真空計所進行的測量，在壓力高於 15 mbar (11.25 Torr) 以上無氣體種類依存性。其可在壓力範圍 1200 至 5x 10-4 mbar (900 至 3.75 x 10-4 Torr) 之間測量壓力。
這款可攜式真空計也可選擇作為資料記錄器使用，以便於測量期間儲存壓力資料，此特點令其非常適合供維修人員用於檢查效能，並在過程中加以記錄。

VacuGraph 是一種用來測量資料儲存和電腦分析的視窗軟體
配件組是一個實用的手提盒，內含軟體、USB 介面纜線和變壓器。此手提盒可保護零件並將所有零件集中保存在相同位置。智慧型軟體可供於線上記錄測量結果，並可讀出 PIEZOVAC PV 101 或 THERMOVAC TM 101 資料記憶體。測量結果可繪製成圖表，並匯出為文字檔以供進一步分析。

TM101/PV101 手持式多功能真空系統測量軟體
Together with Leybold vacuum gauges, the advanced VacuGraph™ software serves as the ultimate tool to visualize, analyze and save measurements on your PC in an efficient and easy way. VacuGraph is self-explanatory and suited for all Leybold instruments with either USB, USB-C, RS232, RS485 or Bluetooth interface.
For using the full version one license per PC is necessary. The lite version is free of charge.
