Your role:
- Lead SQE to promote continuous improvement of supplier quality and prevent failed parts getting into Leybold;
- Make sure the team members follow the SHE regulations strictly;
- Monitor team members to achieve annual KPI；
- Monitor suppliers to achieve quality objectives in accordance with quality agreement
- Shoot daily supplier quality issues according to YB process, drive the proactive improvement actions based on 8D principle;
- Handle the non-conformities according to internal non-conformity handling process;
- Conduct new supplier qualification audit together with Purchasing, Engineering and other functions, make sure the new qualified supplier full fill the requirement of Leybold;
- According to PPAP process, participate and guide suppliers to develop new samples，work with suppliers for FMEA , MSA and CP & CPK study, make sure suppliers have enough process capability and quality control for mass production；
- Work with QC and ME function to analyze and solve problems found in material use and promote supplier improvement;
- Define and conduct the yearly key supplier audit;
- Optimize organization to get an efficient team to achieve quality target;
- Work with Purchasing for supplier evaluation and strategy;
- Finish other tasks assigned by the superior.
You will need:
- Bachelor degree in mechanical engineering, 5 years working experience in multifunctional company for quality or engineering related field.
- Knowledge of ISO9001 quality system requirement
- Experience of quality tools
- Excel skills for statistics
- Experience of audit
- Skill of problem solving
- Strong communication skill
- Fluent written and oral English
