In-Office Workdays- M-F 8am to 5pm EST

We are seeking a STEM university student to provide support to the Industrial Vacuum Business Line of Leybold USA from June 8 -August 10, 2024.

Scope of the job

The scope includes the following areas of the business:

  • Interacts with Sales Management, Sales Support, PSDM to develop steel end-user offerings.
  • Interface with technical team to learn relevant vacuum and diverse market experience
  • Prepare customer target lists for end users and OEMs provided by Industrial Steel Team
  • Provide support to Steel Development for data mining from Zoom Info and quoting
  • Provide support to PSDM's and Managers on target market development
  • Complete data clean-up requests to ensure data quality for marketing and sales efforts
  • Outreach to Steel Industry contacts for qualification of persons' potential involvement and interest in Melt Shop Vacuum processes.

While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to sit, stand, walk, use stairways to climb to multiple floors within office building, and talk or hear. The employee is occasionally required to use hands and fingers to type or dial, climb or balance, stoop, kneel, crouch or crawl, and reach with hands and arms.

You must occasionally lift and/or move up to 5-10 pounds. Your work will be frequent computer use. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, color vision, distance vision, depth perception, and ability to adjust focus.

You will travel occasionally for 5% of the position, results of overnight or multiple days.
