Als Flex-Trainee Logistics unterstützt du unser „Process Development Logistics Team“ bei der Optimierung unserer Logistik- und Produktionsprozesse. Du arbeitest aktiv an Konzeptentwicklungen, Layout- und Fabrikplanungen sowie Lean-Management-Projekten mit und hilfst so unsere Supply Chain von morgen zu gestalten
- Du unterstützt die Abteilung Process Development Logistics im Tagesgeschäft
- Du entwickelst Konzepte zur Prozessoptimierung und setzt sie um
- Du initiierst und nimmst aktiv an Workshops zur Verbesserung von Supply-Chain- und Logistikprozessen teil
- Du arbeitest bei Fabrik- und Layoutplanungen mit
- Du führst Lean-Management-Aufgaben direkt am Shopfloor durch
- Du erstellst Prozessdokumentationen
- Du bereitest Auswertungen und Präsentationen für Entscheidungsträger vor
- Abgeschlossenes Bachelorstudium in Supply Chain Management, Logistik oder vergleichbar
- Erste Praxiserfahrungen in den genannten Bereichen wünschenswert
- Kenntnisse im Lean Management
- Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
- Freude an der Arbeit in internationalen Teams
- Hohes Maß an Eigeninitiative, Agilität sowie eine strukturierte und selbstständige Arbeitsweise
