-Be responsible for the business result of whole her/his responsible segment market, with the guide of RSM
-Identify new potential accounts by all available methods and call on key personnel at these accounts to develop new business using effective sales techniques.
-Organize End-user/OEM visit programs to ensure that a satisfactory number of effective calls are made regularly, on a pre-arranged schedule, which utilizes time effectively and covers all existing accounts/potential accounts in the territories. Important OEMs and End-user accounts are visited more frequently with specific attentions to optimization of services.
-Ensure all quotations, inquiries and leads are followed up promptly. All leads generated by advertising and shows are to be followed up to obtain new business.
-Maintain required customer records and assist to update customer database on an irregular basis to substantially increase the number of customers on the mailing list. Keep informed on corporate products and their applications.
-Report competitors' activities to RSM of Leybold China in charge of sales Identify the market trend, and take the suitable action to follow the trend.
-Collect the market information, look for the new application, and cooperate with other department to take appropriate action to create new business field.
- Bachelor or above Degree. Major in engineering or science is preferred.
- Above 3 years sales experience, well knowledge on vacuum pumps and components is preferred.
- Strong teamwork and customer orientation spirit
- Strong negotiation skills and interpersonal skills
- Highly self-motivation and self- disciplinary
- Excellent written and verbal English skills
