We a re looking for an employee ordermanagement (m/f/d) - parental leave replacement for 1 year:

Your tasks:

  • Communication with national and international customers
  • Carrying out order bookings (appointment, immediate, special, loan, return and direct debit orders)
  • Accounting-related activities (open items, reminders, credit notes, credit information, provisions, bonus, warranty)
  • Contract reviews (payment, delivery terms, price, warranty, other contractual agreements) and review of customer credit limit
  • Preparation or procurement of documents (supplier's declaration, CE conformity, certificates of origin and works certificates)
  • Checking and adapting orders, deadline monitoring of orders
  • Coordinating with the production scheduling department and the purchasing department
  • Determining freight and packaging costs
  • Drawing up freight-related documents
  • Clarifying delivery- and customer-related complaints
  • Preparation and approval of export control forms
  • Checking end user declarations

Qualification requirements:

  • Initial work experience in order management or similar
  • Commercial training
  • Proactive, determined and efficient way of working
  • Very high level of initiative and sound judgement to prioritise tasks
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
  • Business fluent in German and English
  • Professional handling of the current MS Office products, ideally you also have knowledge of SAP, CRM, C4S
  • Strong communication skills
