LEYVAC dry screw vacuum pumps are a class of industrial vacuum pumps based on the screw principle. The LEYVAC series from Leybold is especially developed for the process industry, food and process applications, coating and display applications. They can simply be assembled by adapters to various vacuum systems, particularly the well-proven RUVAC WH700 and WS(U) and WA(U) series.
