Leybold’s new generation TRIVAC L two-stage rotary vane vacuum pumps perfectly balance performance, reliability and your overall ownership costs. These air-cooled pumps ensure stable performance and ease of operation for different industrial applications.
The TRIVAC L features an optimized design that extends the uptime of your processes through convenient and efficient onsite maintenance. The standard TRIVAC L pumps come with LVO 130 mineral oil, but custom versions are available for specific demands, like motors, oil options and systems.

Custom-made solutions for your applications
Our TRIVAC L pump systems are a combination of fore vacuum pumps along with roots vacuum pumpsand roots vacuum pumps, which are typically used to attain a base pressure of 10-3 mbar. Multistage combinations can be customized for applications where pressures below 10-4 mbar are required. A line of standard pump systems has been developed to provide the right solution for your processes.
