Leybold’s new generation TRIVAC L two-stage rotary vane vacuum pumps perfectly balance performance, reliability and your overall ownership costs. These air-cooled pumps ensure stable performance and ease of operation for different industrial applications.
The TRIVAC L features an optimized design that extends the uptime of your processes through convenient and efficient onsite maintenance. The standard TRIVAC L pumps come with LVO 130 mineral oil, but custom versions are available for specific demands, like motors, oil options and systems.

Our TRIVAC L pump systems are a combination of fore vacuum pumps along with roots vacuum pumpsand roots vacuum pumps, which are typically used to attain a base pressure of 10-3 mbar. Multistage combinations can be customized for applications where pressures below 10-4 mbar are required. A line of standard pump systems has been developed to provide the right solution for your processes.

Maintenance made easy
Shaft seals prevent oil from leaking, protect the production environment and ensure the required volume of oil is available inside the pump. We’ve simplified the process with our shaft seal maintenance kit so you can maintain and replace the shaft seal easily whenever you need. Here’s a quick video to understand how it works.
