Maximum efficiency, reduced pump downtime
The RUVAC WH / WHU series pumps are high throughput, hermetically sealed, water cooled roots blower pumps with high efficiency motors that provide optimum price-to-performance ratio and high pumping speeds up to 9800 m³/h @ 70 Hz with optional frequency converter. Both motors and oil reservoirs are water cooled thereby perfectly balancing the internal temperature management of the pumps. You benefit from significantly lower oil temperatures and hence a longer oil service life.
The potted motors replace the can for hermetically sealed drives delivering increased efficiency equivalent to the IE2 or IE3 requirements of the efficiency standard. As the potted motor design does not require bearings, service intervals are longer and pump failure is minimized.
RUVAC WH pumping speed can be increased and pump down time can be shorten by using optional frequency converters.
RUVAC WHU pumps are equipped with a bypass line and may be operated at its maximum power from atmospheric pressure. The WHU is equipped with improved valve technology for maximum efficiency in short cycle operation. The integrated bypass line allows for the WHU pumps to be operated starting at atmospheric pressure while the unique control flap provides extreme contamination resistance.
RUVAC roots blower deliver high capacities for applications such as architectural glass coating where short cycle time are critical. Backed by the proven oil sealed SOGEVAC pumps or the dry compressing DRYVAC and SCREWLINE pumps, the RUVAC pumps deliver the shortest pump down time for loadlock chamber applications and optimized pumping for trouble-free vacuum in process chamber applications.
