Leybold UK wins Employer of the Year 2024
It's two years running for Leybold as Employer of the Year!
For the second year in a row, Leybold UK are celebrating winning Employer of the Year 2024 of the Composites UK Trade Association. The Employer of the Year award is designed to acknowledge and celebrate employers’ commitment to developing their workforce through apprenticeships or training. The Industry Association wishes to recognize the effort being made by companies investing in their employees and being committed to developing their workforce.
Companies entering this award have demonstrated:
Commitment to in-house or external training.
Identification of training needs.
Internal appraisals and goal setting for employees
Links to education establishments securing apprentices/trainees.
Focus areas over the past 12 months to make Leybold a “Great Place to Work” include:
