Leybold UK is taking steps to ensure we still provide the best possible service to our customers, despite the challenges presented by the coronavirus (COVID-19).
Our contingency plans are regularly being reviewed and we are following the latest health authority and government advice to reduce risk for our employees and customers.
We know the importance of keeping our vital equipment serviced to improve up time and reduce the risk of breakdowns and our service team is still able to perform scheduled services. We hope we can continue to react to breakdowns in our normal timely manner, but we cannot predict the future effect the Coronavirus will have on our work force.
Our sales teams are still available to make site visits if required, however we are encouraging more and more the use of technology to carry out meetings on-line using Teams or other forms of software.
