Your Mission
Maximize sales and profitability of our parts and service business across Belgium and the Netherlands. You will play a crucial role in promoting sales of spare parts and services to both new and existing customers.
Key Responsibilities
- Strategic Customer Identification: Pinpoint customers who would benefit from genuine spare parts and parts care plans to boost overall revenue and achieve divisional targets
- Work on projects like 1:1 installed base to generate more revenue from lost/forgotten customers.
- Sales Documentation: Create and update customer profiles and databases.
- Customer Interaction: Engage with customers via phone, make outbound sales calls, and support walk-in customers.
- Sales Support: Identify opportunities to up-sell and support the refurbished pumps business.
- Customer Relationship: Build and maintain strong relationships, ensuring excellent after-sales service.
- Data Management: Provide sales data and maintain the C4C system, SAP & My Vacuum (Training & special logins will be provided)
- Training and Development: Attend training as required to develop relevant knowledge and skills
- Cross-Selling: Promote additional services such as equipment sales.
- Backup Support: Provide support during holidays and absences of service administration personnel.

What We Expect from You
- Qualifications: Preferably in technical, science, or engineering; degree level desirable.
- Skills: Strong influencing, presentation, direct selling, negotiation, interpersonal, and customer development skills.
- Experience: Proven sales success, ideally in the vacuum science or industrial sector.
- Knowledge: Expertise in system, product, and applications within industrial sectors.
- Teamwork: Ability to work effectively as part of or lead a team.
- Commercial Awareness: Understanding of contractual terms and negotiation.
- Problem-Solving: Ability to create and drive problem resolution plans.
- Language Skills: Fluent in Dutch and English is a must.
