About us
Our UK office is based in Chessington, UK where we have a fully equipped service workshop with five in house engineers who service a wide range of vacuum pumps, calibrate gauges and service our leak detectors. In 2022 we opened our new extended SCREWLINE service line which gave us the capability of in-house repair and service of the larger portfolio of dry pumps. This expansion meant customers no longer needed to ship pumps overseas for service and maintenance, thus reducing transport costs, lowering environmental impact, and improving lead-times, meaning a better-quality service for customers throughout the UK.
We also have five field service engineers who support customers with service and maintenance of their vacuum equipment. Whether customers have a maintenance agreement, or require ad-hoc support, our team will provide a reliable first-class service throughout your pump’s lifecycle, no matter where in the UK it’s installed.
Chessington is also home to our Customer Care team which includes order processing and service administration. The team can be contacted by email or phone Monday to Friday. Technical Support, Training, Marketing, HR and Finance are also based in Chessington. Our Sales Teams are field based in locations around the UK and are out and about every day supporting customers with their vacuum requirements.
