True productivity comes from an accurate calibration process
Our calibration service puts you in a position to check and recalibrate the specified and necessary accuracy of your vacuum gauges
Reliable calibration service for vacuum gauges
As the industry leader for nearly two centuries now, we understand the importance of delivering reliable products to help our customers achieve greater success. We firmly believe productivity is as much about quality as it is about quantity. Maintaining both is crucial. Right vacuum pressure is an important driver of productivity. This is why an accurate vacuum gauge calibration is the first step toward ensuring true productivity.
Accurate gauge readings help meet quality, safety, compliance standards and regulations.
Decades of trust and quality assurance
Gauges are robust, but harsh manufacturing processes imposed by aggressive and corrosive media and extreme temperatures may influence accurate readings needed to meet quality.
It is recommended to determine a specific gauge calibration schedule at fixed intervals, after a certain number of operating hours for each instrument, or after being subjected to a potentially damaging event. Our experts can help you determine optimal gauge calibration cycles for your application and minimize disruptions, downtimes, and costs.
Error-free and accurate process
Regularly and accurately calibrated gauges may avoid the risk of increased production quality costs, reduce costly repairs, material and overhead costs.
Maintain ISO Compliance
Regular and accurate calibration ensures compliance with international standards, avoids loss of certification, and increases your production credibility.
Sustainable process and production output
Early issue detection keeps your production output at the desired level and maintains higher (or enhances) productivity.
Safe and environment friendly process
Better quality and output reduce waste and complicated disposal in production, thus lowering the cost. An inaccurate gauge reading may put the safety of the operation at risk
Application-specific calibration
We have been calibrating all makes of gauges and sensors independently for customers since 1981. A DAkkS or factory calibration certificate is issued for the calibration process. Devices with inadequate long-term stability or for measurement principles which are unsuitable for calibration cannot be calibrated. Different applications need different levels of gauge calibration. Knowing this, we offer three calibration levels.
Certified level
Carried out in an accredited laboratory, it sets calibration to high-class industry standards. Especially meant for process that require ISO17025 and DAkkS certification.
Can be done at the Leybold central accredited laboratory only.
Factory level
The right choice to comply with ISO 9001 standard, this level covers most of industrial needs. Thereby guarantying consistent quality, provided by regular and precise calibration.
Can be done at the Leybold central hub.
Aligment level
An on-site calibration service to align gauge and check if it is functioning correctly. Highly recommended where production break down is critical.
Conducted by service personnel at customers’ site.
