The role of Leybold’s LEYSPEC RGA Series in Beijing Xinke’s system
To meet these demands, Beijing Xinke integrated Leybold’s LEYSPEC Residual Gas Analyzers (RGAs), including the LEYSPEC 300 and LEYSPEC 100.
The LEYSPEC RGAs measure helium signals on calibration setups. At this point, the LEYSPEC RGA detects the ion current signal corresponding to the helium flow. With the two ion current signals separately measured, the leak rate of the test leak is derived through comparative calculation, completing the calibration of the test leak.
