Transport Liability Exclusion for Leybold Products
The following applies to transports/deliveries of products not arranged by Leybold:
A liability or warranty claim against Leybold is not applicable if damage to the instrument, individual parts or calibration items is caused by improper handling and/or packaging. Transport damage caused by the transport company commissioned by the customer is also not subject to liability or warranty by Leybold.
