At Leybold we are continuously working to improve how how we do business with our customers, and direct customer feedback is an essential part of this process.
Following the purchase of a new vacuum product, or upon completion of in-house/field service/maintenance, customers may receive a survey questionnaire via email through the "Falcon" platform. Customers will then be asked to rate the experience on a scale of 0 to 10 and then be presented a number of follow-up questions based on the score.
The ratings and feedback we receive will help us understand which of our products and services need to be improved, so we can continue to deliver an exceptional experience for our customers in the future.
We don't send the survey following every transaction, so if you are one of our selected customer we really would apprecaite it if you could take a few minutes out of your day to reply. If you receive a survey and complete it you won't receve another for at least 6 months, no matter how many orders you place!
