- Welcome address and introduction
- Fundamentals of vacuum
- Ice and balloon/marshmallow experiments
- Explanation of key terms: Quantity of Gas, Gas throughput
- Oil Sealed Pumps (Sogevac, Trivac)
- Vacuum Boosters (Ruvac)
Day 2:
- Overview of Dry Industrial pumps (Dryvac, Screwline, Varodry)
- Overview of Dry Scientific pumps (Scrollvac, Ecodry)
- Turbomolecular pumps, Cryo, and Diffusion pumps
Day 3:
- Total pressure measurement fundamentals (gauges)
- Leak detection techniques and vacuum system operations
- On site service options (Health Check Pro and Genius monitoring)
- Time for Q&A and a summary
