Your Role

 

Continuous Improvement & Project Management:

  • Update and further develop the DC's operational & management KPIs.
  • Continuous review of current processes and development of possible improvement potentials with clear focus on customer satisfaction, process efficiency and cost optimization
  • Active communication with Customer Center / Product Company / Distribution Center to identify further improvements
  • Leading improvement projects
  • Active support for larger projects within VTBA
  • Further development and update of work instructions and training of the team in new processes
  • Local contact within the Distribution Center for process management and SAP
  • Implementation of smaller developments in coordination with key users / GPO
  • Support and process development in SAP

Operational responsibilities:

  • Planning and data maintenance as well as recording of the perpetual inventory
  • Monitoring, processing and clarification of interfaces in WM
  • Posting of scrapping as well as obtaining necessary approvals
  • Clarification of inventory differences and subsequent posting of the differences in WM
  • Processing of the transfer requirement list for internal stock transfers, including clarification of deviations
  • Training of employees in the use of the automatic small parts warehouse (AKL)

What we expect of you?

  • Completed university studies with a focus on supply chain / logistics or comparable training
  • At least 3 years of professional experience in a change-oriented logistics environment
  • Knowledge in project management
  • Experience in Lean Management / Tools is an advantage
  • Experience with SAP, Probas, Power BI and advanced knowledge with office tools
  • Very strong process oriented mindset / organizational skills
  • Ability to work in a team and to coach and develop a team
  • Very good knowledge of German as well as English
  • High degree of independence
  • Assertiveness and negotiation skills
