Your future job

For our Vacuum Technique Service (VTS) division with headquarter in Cologne we are looking for a working student (f/m/d) to support our team in the area of Product Management with focus on spares anf oils: 

Your tasks:

  • Support in all product management tasks in the operative day-to-day business
  • Work on multi-branded marketing and training material preparation for oil and spares
  • Creation and modification of templates and documents for a multi-branded service parts portfolio
  • Supportive communication of product lifecycle material and support for our global customer centers
  • Review and update of safety data sheets for lubricants with our chemicals partner
  • Analysis and maintenance of the spares and oil product portfolio in SAP
  • Collaborate in the roll-out of marketing oil and spares projects and campaigns

Requirements:

  • Enrolled student at university with major in Engineering or Economics
  • Tech savvy and skilled in MS office, ideally SAP experience 
  • Structured and precise way of working
  • Customer orientation, fast learning, curious, proactive, flexible, willing to take challenges and to learn new things
  • English professional proficiency, German would be beneficial
