Technical Trainer

To be a technical trainer for specific pumps, basic vacuum and leak detection courses.

To coordinate the specific training programs in the US training center and Us-wide for all VTS brands.

To organize trainings on multi branded products/tools and keep all trainers professionally developed in accordance with the strategy of the VTS Academy.

To be Learning system administrator for VTS US training center and keep the learning system aligned with the VTS Academy strategy.

To support the EMEA/US Academy Manager to ensure training center operations.


Main Responsibilities

  • Delivery the training as a trainer for the internal vacuum technique seminars of specific pumps.  
  • Coordinate the specific training programs and and follow up, especially for the cross branding trainings and VTS global training activities. 
  • Administrate the LearningLink system and continually improve the functionality in the US region to meet the business needs. 
  • Provide a internal trainer qualification certification program in the US region. Keep all VTS part time trainers well organized to develop their training skills. 
  • Set-up and monitor reporting to observe the training center efficiency in the worldwide context.  
  • Provide continuing suggestions for internal and external training processes and support the existing process. 
  • Provide internal and external audit support to all the training centers. 
  • Support optimized resource sharing within VT world. 
  • Support new training tools and new approaches together with all training centers. 
  • Prepare information as requested whether routine or for special training occasions 
  • Support the Academy Manger for the yearly training needs analyses for the US region.
  • Support the Academy Manager for other specific training programs.
  • Other duties as assigned

Skills / Knowledge / Experience

  • University degree, Engineering & technical discipline or similar experience
  • Three (3) years vacuum industry work experience or related field required. Trainer experience or training background preferred.

    • Excellent verbal and written English required

    • Moderate travel anticipated – to global Customer Centers and Service Centers, as well as to end-customers
