  • Following a working Telemarketing year’s plan
  • Investigating new markets and research potentials
  • Work closely with service sharing contacts and leads to increase both sales and service visits
  • Contact new customers and arrange visits for external sales force
  • Working with the Sales Force getting feedback from visits
  • Contacting customers who contact the company for the first time via email/website to arrange an initial visit
  • Coordinate exhibitions and rolling seminars
  • Researching new online advertisement to boost company image
  • Ensure corporate guidelines are upheld in the country
  • Producing Newsletters/Advertisements/Flyers
  • Innovative customer gift ideas
  • Establish market share gathering information on current installed equipment including
  • competitors equipment
  • Know your competitors, customers and record this data
  • Up- to- date customer database
  • Grow the number of customers
  • Maintain and completely update customer contact data
  • Newsletter and Emailing to customers
  • Generate quotations, control orders and follow up payments
  • Credit control & trade control
  • Handle customer complaints
  • Accept calls, written communication or emails from customers and develop such calls to maximize their potential
  • Organization of business travel

We expect

  • Studies in Administration or Marketing
  • First experience in back office
  • Native Spanish, Good command of English and Portuguese
