Responsibilities

Mission of this position is to contribute to the VTS Marketing organization and build up a strong and consistent Marketing Intelligence activity with the objective to facilitate the strategic decisions.

Scope of the position is to build and develop a complete range of Sales KPIs and Analyses and contribute to elaborate the Marketing strategy in different market segments having a general understanding of overall business including market trends and analytics. The role reports to the VP Marketing EMEA/ NASA/ India in VTS Division serving all brands within the VTS Division. We do foresee close cooperation with the rest of the Marketing team, Service Organization, Operations, Customer Centers and other internal and external stakeholders.

We expect

Main responsibilities:

  • Identify and collect appropriate customer, competitor, market, economic, financial and/or operational data
  • Perform financial, statistical, and qualitative data analyses of markets and competitors
  • Develop and implement market research plans
  • Drive deep customer understanding ensuring the marketing team designs marketing and product management projects with the customer at heart
  • Run queries on own data (Business Object) and perform analyses to support decision making process
  • Compile and deliver business intelligence reports to end users on a regular basis
  • Research information for marketing team and other departments
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of data sources, evaluating their credibility and potential utility, and leverage them across the company where appropriate

We offer

  • Degree in Engineering, Economics or Industrial Engineering or equivalent
  • 3-5 years of experience in a similar role
  • Fluency in English is a must, other languages of advantage
  • Regular travelling; intercultural awareness and willingness to work with different stakeholders
