We are looking to expand our presence in the center part of Spain and need a qualified and customer-oriented Field Service Engineer to achieve service plans and to continue growth in the area. The Field Service Engineer has to have the ability to utilize his/her electromechanical skills to provide excellent service to our customers. As part of the Field Service team, you will be responsible for installation, maintenance and troubleshooting vacuum components in assigned territory. Travel outside the assigned territory may be required to support your peers and install base.

The responsibilities for this role include the following areas, but not limited to:

  • Repair of vacuum components at customer site
  • Maintenance of vacuum components at customer site
  • Repair and Maintenance of vacuum components at the workshop
  • Start –up and commissioning works
  • Spare parts planning
  • Processing of warranty claims and complaints
  • Promoting service and sales business

We expect

  • Mechatronic service technician
  • Very good level in Spanish and English. Portuguese would be a plus
  • First field service experience required
  • Driving license
  • Knowledge in vacuum technology preferred
  • Basic IT knowledge (MS Office, SAP preferred)
  • Must be able to work autonomously and in a structured way
  • Availability to travel through Europe (mainly Spain and Portugal)
  • Availability to work during July and August
