As an industrial mechanic, you will assemble subassemblies, vacuum pumps and systems on modern production lines and individual workstations and test them for leak tightness and function before assembly. The operational processes are mainly Kanban and SAP controlled. In our training workshop, we prepare you comprehensively for this demanding profession.

What you can expect from us
During the 3.5 years you will undergo qualified training in a modern industrial apprenticeship, in which you will be able to demonstrate your manual skills and technical understanding.
In the first two months you will learn the basic skills at the workbench and on the drill. Following the basic training, you will learn the basic skills of conventional turning and milling. You will learn all these basics in our in-house training workshop.
In preparation for your work in the specialist departments, you will learn how to handle work plans, drawings and parts lists. You will be trained at equipped individual assembly workstations in various assembly work of assemblies and pump accessories as well as in testing the tightness of the assembled products (leak detection). You will learn the basic knowledge of pneumatic and hydraulic controls. This content is taught in the training workshop in conjunction with the specialist departments, this is what we call production-related training.
You will manufacture individual parts according to drawings on conventional and CNC lathes and milling machines for production orders. In addition, you will pass through all departments of our production that are relevant to you in preparation for your later employment, thus gaining an intensive insight into our processes.
