Job Description:

1, First product\installation training on customer site, mainly focus on new products and key customers and RGA

2, Take the lead of SV product quality issue in China

3, Remote support customer on product usage

4, Take the lead of key customer complex complaint, coordinate application\service\ product team

5, Collect product suggestions from customer/sales/service/market  and make a timely report to his\her manager
