  1. Establish and maintain strong contacts with existing and new customers/OEMs at all levels of their organization in order to foster good working relationships and promote business opportunities.

  1. Conduct customer negotiations at all levels (fab manager, manager, engineers, …), enlist the assistance of other managers when required to win the business and thereafter maintain continuity throughout the sales and service and after care activities

  1. Participate and monitor sales forecast budget

  1. Management of Sales: Make sales to agreed targets : Close deals, Present integrated/full range of products and services, Develop customer mind-set to ‘single source’ concept, Manage customer expectations in line with strategic plan

  1. Identify new opportunities

  1. Report on competitive activities

  1. Create customer perception of company's excellence

  1. Make use of the whole organization to create value in customers’ eyes.

  1. Establish strategic plans for penetration of new products.

  1. Implement our strategy at the specific accounts in country and contribute to the success of the Company

  1. Work closely with the service/marketing organization in order to meet customers’ expectations and to be more efficient for the customers and the Company

  1. Work closely with the product specialists and experienced people in order to ensure winning business

  1. Be customer oriented in order to ensure customers satisfaction with the Company products and services
  2. Other task as assigned by manager.
