- According to recruitment plan, execute recruitment, selection, interview, independently organize to complete the recruitment activities.
- Tracking and collection of the same industry companies and talent market dynamic.
- Participate in Campus Recruitment activities, including white collar and blue collar positions.
- Support Graduate program of 2021-2022
- Promote employer branding activities.
- Use digital methods to support employer branding and staffing.
- Support the interns‘ management and allowance application.
- Support Company organized activities – outing, team building, family day, etc.
