During the 3.5 years you will undergo qualified training in a modern industrial apprenticeship, in which you will be able to demonstrate your manual skills and technical understanding.
During the first 10 weeks you will learn the basics of electronics in our modern partner company and at a later date you will be prepared for the first part of the final examination in a 14-week course. In the months in between you will be familiarized with the basics of mechanics in our training workshop. Following this basic training, you will be prepared in our factory in the specialist departments for later use in the company. This is what we call production-related training. Here you will learn how to handle work plans, drawings and parts lists. You will be trained in various assembly tasks of assemblies and pump accessories at equipped individual assembly workstations. In addition, you will test the electrical function of the assembled products (electrical safety test). You will learn the basic knowledge of pneumatic, electric and hydraulic controls.
You will manufacture individual parts according to drawings on conventional and CNC lathes and milling machines. In addition, you will pass through all departments of our production that are relevant to you in preparation for your later work, thus gaining an intensive insight into our processes.
